Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers entering into contracts online generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions.
1OF1M is supplied digitally and is designed to be performed immediately after payment.
Before placing an order, the customer is therefore asked to:
- expressly request immediate performance before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period; and
- acknowledge the applicable consequence for the statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content/service is supplied in accordance with that request.
For paid digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, applicable consumer law provides conditions under which the right of withdrawal may be lost after performance begins.
Where the transaction is legally treated as a service contract, the rules applicable to commencement and full performance of services during the withdrawal period apply.
If the statutory requirements for loss of the withdrawal right have not been satisfied, the consumer retains the rights granted by applicable law.

Refunds
A completed purchase is not automatically refundable simply because the customer later changes their mind.
Refunds may be issued where required by law or where, for example:
- the same payment was charged twice;
- TIGASET cannot supply the purchased number;
- a payment was completed after the number reservation expired and the number was allocated to another customer;
- the digital service was not supplied correctly and cannot reasonably be corrected;
- another statutory refund right applies.

Never email full payment-card details.
Model withdrawal statement
If you still have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may use the following wording:

Use of this wording is optional. Any other unequivocal statement communicating the decision to withdraw is sufficient where the statutory right exists.
