1OF1M Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 October 2026

1. About 1OF1M

1OF1M is an online project operated by TIGASET sp. z o.o., ul. Zawodzie 20, 80-726 Gdańsk, Poland, KRS 0001245983, NIP 5833570770, REGON 544954570.

The concept is intentionally simple: a customer voluntarily pays the displayed price to participate in the 1OF1M project and receives a unique numbered digital participation record and digital certificate associated with that number.

“Absolutely nothing” is the creative concept of the project.

For legal and contractual purposes, the service supplied by TIGASET includes the allocation of the selected or assigned number, creation of the associated digital certificate, private access to that certificate and public verification functionality.

No physical product is supplied unless a separate physical product is expressly offered in the future.

2. Numbers

Numbers are available from #000001 to #1000000, subject to availability and any special pricing or reservation rules displayed on the website.

Some numbers may have a different price because they are designated as premium numbers.

A number becomes permanently allocated to a completed purchase only after payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment provider and the order has been recorded as paid.

Temporary reservation of a number does not constitute permanent allocation.

If payment is received after a reservation has expired and the selected number has already been allocated to another customer, TIGASET will not allocate the same number twice.

The affected payment will be handled through the applicable refund process.

3. No financial value

A 1OF1M number or certificate:

4. Prices

Each option displayed on the website is a separate one-time purchase.

The displayed price is the total price, including VAT where applicable.

No recurring subscription is created by purchasing a 1OF1M number.

Prices may differ for premium numbers.

The applicable total price is displayed before the customer proceeds to payment.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available in Revolut Hosted Checkout.

TIGASET does not receive or store the customer's full payment-card details.

An order is treated as paid only after TIGASET receives and validates confirmation from the payment provider.

A return page, screenshot or browser message by itself does not constitute confirmation of payment.

6. Formation and performance of the contract

Before payment, the customer is shown the principal characteristics of the service, the total price and the required legal acknowledgements.

After valid payment confirmation, TIGASET performs the digital service by allocating the relevant number, generating the digital certificate and enabling the associated private and public verification functions.

The customer receives confirmation on a durable medium, normally by email.

7. Private access and public verification

Each certificate has a public verification mechanism.

Private owner access is separate from public verification.

Customers should not intentionally disclose their private owner link or credential to third parties.

Public verification does not display the customer's email address, payment data, payer country, card country or private owner credentials.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers entering into a distance contract normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by applicable law.

Because the 1OF1M digital content/service is intended to be supplied immediately after payment, the customer is asked before purchase to expressly request immediate performance before expiry of the withdrawal period and to acknowledge the applicable consequence for the statutory right of withdrawal.

Where the statutory requirements for immediate supply of paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium are fulfilled, the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal after supply has begun in accordance with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement.

Where the contract is legally treated as a service contract, the applicable rules concerning commencement and full performance of services during the withdrawal period apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Where the consumer still has a statutory right of withdrawal, it may be exercised using the withdrawal function available at:

https://1of1m.eu/withdraw

or by contacting TIGASET using the contact details in these Terms.

9. Refunds

Except where required by law, completed and correctly supplied digital purchases are not refundable merely because the customer changes their mind after immediate digital performance has begun and the statutory withdrawal right has validly been lost.

A refund may nevertheless be appropriate where, for example:

Refunds are normally made using the original payment method where technically possible.

10. Complaints and conformity

Customers may report technical problems, incorrect certificate data, payment issues or lack of conformity by contacting:

info@tigaset.com

or:

+48 570 550 284

Please provide enough information to identify the purchase without sending full card information.

Mandatory statutory rights concerning the conformity of digital content and digital services remain unaffected.

11. Use of the service

Customers must not attempt to:

TIGASET may take proportionate technical measures to prevent fraud, abuse or attacks.

12. Intellectual property

The 1OF1M name, website design, original graphics, text and other protected materials remain the property of TIGASET or their respective rights holders.

A customer may download, print and share their own certificate for personal and social-sharing purposes.

13. Availability

TIGASET aims to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website.

Temporary outages do not affect an already validly allocated number or certificate stored in the system.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where exclusion or restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

TIGASET is not responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject always to mandatory consumer protections.

15. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Polish law.

If the customer is a consumer resident in another country, this choice does not deprive that consumer of mandatory protections granted by the law that would otherwise apply to them.
